Before founding his own firm, Ricky held positions at respected firms including Maddox, Thomson and Associates, Deloitte & Touche, and Werlein & Harris, PC. His diverse experience across both large and boutique practices has shaped his practical, client-centered approach.
Originally from Louisiana, Ricky is a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business (Class of 2007). He now lives in Texas with his wife Beth and their two children. Outside of the office, Ricky enjoys spending time with his family and close friends.
